About the Role
We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Social Media Manager who understands how to grow brands organically through powerful content strategies, trend awareness, and deep knowledge of social media algorithms.
This is not a basic posting job.
We are searching for someone who lives and breathes social media — someone who understands what makes content go viral, how audience psychology works, and how to turn ideas into high-performing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and other platforms.
The ideal candidate must be creative, trend-driven, analytical, and capable of generating fresh content ideas consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media growth strategies
- Manage and grow accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and other platforms
- Understand platform algorithms and optimize content performance accordingly
- Research daily trends, viral topics, trending sounds, hashtags, and audience behavior
- Generate creative and unique content ideas with strong viral potential
- Plan content calendars and posting schedules
- Analyze account performance, engagement, reach, and audience insights
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, and content creators
- Build brand awareness and improve audience engagement
- Stay updated with social media updates, trends, and industry changes
- Identify opportunities for faster organic growth and audience retention
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Strategist
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms
- Experience growing social media pages organically
- Creative mindset with exceptional idea-generation abilities
- Strong understanding of viral content and audience psychology
- Ability to identify trends early and execute quickly
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Passion for social media and digital culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-engagement or large social media accounts
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and analytics tools
- Basic understanding of video editing and content production
- Experience working with influencers, brands, or media companies
- Ability to script short-form content and campaign ideas
