Content Strategist & Creator

About the Role

• At Fioreva Studio, we don’t create content just to post.
• We build content that defines brands, positions them in the market, and drives real business results.
• You will be responsible for creating marketing content across:
• Social Media
• Advertising Campaigns
• Website Content
• Brand Messaging
• Creative Concepts
• We are looking for someone who thinks beyond what exists… and builds what doesn’t.
• Someone who doesn’t just see what’s already working, but sees what’s missing—and builds it.

What You Will Do

• Develop content ideas based on business goals, not trends
• Build structured content plans including:
• 1.
• Post ideas
• 2.
• Content objectives
• 3.
• On-image text

4. Captions

• Create content concepts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Ads, Websites)
• Translate marketing strategies into actual content that can be executed
• Expand and develop ideas provided by the Marketing Lead into full content directions
• Work closely with the Marketing Specialist to align content with brand direction
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure smooth execution
• Adapt content based on performance and audience response
• Contribute to building strong, clear, and consistent brand voices
• Think beyond the obvious and create content that stands out in a competitive market

What We Are Looking For

• Strong understanding of marketing, not just content creation
• Ability to think creatively and strategically at the same time
• Experience in writing captions, hooks, and on-image messaging
• Ability to turn ideas into structured, clear, and actionable content
• Awareness of how content impacts brand positioning and sales
• A mindset that focuses on building value, not just posting content

• This is not a content posting role.
• This is a content thinking and building role.
• We are not looking for someone who fills content calendars.
• We are looking for someone who builds them.

Working Hours

• Sunday to Thursday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
