Content Manager - Business Analysts

Role purpose

Operational leadership

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts.
• Establish business analysis practices, standards, and frameworks; support accountability and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and support career progression.
• Define KPIs and manage dashboards and reporting.

Strategy and delivery

• Allocate work, set priorities, and ensure timely workflow delivery.
• Promote modern technologies, including Python, data analytics, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Use data analytics to support decisions and deliver market-driven metrics.
• Partner with internal functions to deliver approved priorities, content enhancements, and strategic projects.
• Manage project risks, mitigation actions, escalations, and stakeholder alignment.

Customer focus

• Serve as a point of contact for service issues and escalations.
• Champion high-quality data, services, support, and customer-centric practices.
• Lead or contribute to client-focused initiatives and manage critical workflows.
• Incorporate customer feedback into operational and prioritization processes.

Essential experience and skills

• Significant technical business analysis process and methodology experience.
• Budgeting and resource management experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to lead transformation, innovation, continuous improvement, governance, and risk management.
• Ability to work across functions, cultures, and geographies with a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and tools, including Python, SQL, and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP and modern data ecosystems.
• Basic understanding or experience with iSuite, EVAI, VDI, SPARROW, VBA, programming languages, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of change handling and change tickets.
• Financial markets, fixed income pricing, and LSEG product knowledge is an added advantage.
