Role overview

The Content Manager will own content for mb.io, part of MultiBank Group, from planning through publication.

The role leads content strategy and execution across social media, educational articles, news, press releases, newsletters, and client email journeys.

Content planning and publishing

  • Manage the content lifecycle from planning and creation to review and publication.
  • Build and maintain a social media calendar for consistent, timely, engaging posts.
  • Write and publish Cryptopedia articles that explain Web3 and crypto concepts clearly and accurately.
  • Produce timely market updates and company news reflecting the brand’s voice and expertise.
  • Draft and coordinate press releases for company announcements and milestones.
  • Plan, write, and send newsletters that inform and engage the audience.
  • Create and optimize client email journeys for onboarding, engagement, and retention.

Compliance and marketing

  • Work with Compliance to ensure content meets regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Use marketing best practices to grow reach, engagement, and conversion through content.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications and experience

  • Requires at least 4 years of content experience in crypto or financial services.
  • Requires expert writing skills, a strong marketing mindset, and a solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Requires effective communication with Compliance and the ability to work within company policies.
  • Requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required.
  • SEO and AI writing tools experience are a plus.
