Overview

  • House of Orange is one of Dubai's fastest-growing real estate brokerages.
  • We sell off-plan and secondary, we scale agent headcount aggressively, and we run our own in-house media engine — no agency, no outsourcing.
  • We're hiring a Content & Brand Manager to own that engine: agent personal brands, the founder's brand, and the company brand across video and social.
  • This is an ownership role.
  • You don't wait for briefs — you decide what gets made, who's in front of the camera, and where it goes.
  • You report directly to the founder.
  • What you'll own
  • The content calendar — you plan it, fill it, and ship it on schedule without being chased.
  • The shoots — you direct agents (most of them not natural on camera) into content people actually watch. You set up the shot, run the session, get the take.
  • Personal brand building — primarily LinkedIn, for the founder and top agents. A real point of view and consistent presence, not reposts and reach screenshots.
  • The editing pipeline — you manage the editors producing the cuts
  • Output that ties to the business — content that feeds lead generation and recruitment, not vanity views.
  • What success looks like at 6 months
  • Consistent, on-brand output shipping every week without the founder chasing it.
  • The founder's personal brand growing measurably on at least two platforms.
  • Agent content live and consistent across the floor, not one-off bursts.
  • A repeatable production system — anyone can see what's being shot, when, and where it's going.
  • Who you are
  • 3+ years running content/social/brand, ideally in real estate, high-ticket sales, or a fast-moving consumer brand.
  • You've directed talent on camera — not just edited, not just briefed an agency.
  • You've built a personal brand or grown someone else's on social (LinkedIn especially — show us).
  • Ruthlessly organized. You run a calendar, hit deadlines, and don't need follow-up.
  • Hands-on with short-form video, social-native formats, and at least one scheduling/management tool.
  • You write well in English and have taste — you know what "good" looks like and why.
  • Based in Dubai or ready to relocate immediately.

  • You understand Dubai real estate and what makes property content convert.
  • You can edit yourself when needed (but won't be doing every cut).
