The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

• Source and manage rental listings across apartments, townhouses, and villa communities
• Build relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and relocation clients
• Conduct property viewings and community tours
• Negotiate lease agreements and close successful transactions
• Advise clients on rental values, market trends, and community insights
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Maintain a high-quality portfolio of active rental properties
• Coordinate tenancy contracts, renewals, and move-in processes
• Work closely with property management, developers, and relocation partners
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or real estate leasing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident building relationships with a diverse international client base
• Motivated by targets, commissions, and personal growth
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple clients at once
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital sales tools
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred
• RERA certification an advantage (or willingness to obtain it quickly)
