The Opportunity
As a Leasing & Rentals Consultant, you'll become a market expert within your chosen communities, helping tenants, landlords, investors, and corporate clients secure the right property solutions.
You'll be backed by qualified leads, strong marketing campaigns, proven systems, and a collaborative team — so you can focus on what matters: building relationships and closing deals.

What You'll Be Doing
- Source and manage rental listings across apartments, townhouses, and villa communities
- Build relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and relocation clients
- Conduct property viewings and community tours
- Negotiate lease agreements and close successful transactions
- Advise clients on rental values, market trends, and community insights
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Maintain a high-quality portfolio of active rental properties
- Coordinate tenancy contracts, renewals, and move-in processes
- Work closely with property management, developers, and relocation partners
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or real estate leasing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident building relationships with a diverse international client base
- Motivated by targets, commissions, and personal growth
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple clients at once
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred
- RERA certification an advantage (or willingness to obtain it quickly)
