Overview

  • Marketing Manager — House of Orange (Dubai)
  • House of Orange is one of Dubai's fastest-growing real estate brokerages.
  • We sell off-plan and secondary, we build agent brands, we run our own media engine, and we don't move slowly.
  • We're hiring a Marketing Manager who can own the entire engine — paid acquisition, content, brand, and lead generation — and turn marketing spend into closed deals.
  • This isn't a "manage the agency" role.
  • We don't have a marketing agency.
  • You'll
  • *be*
  • the marketing function, working directly with the founder, with budget, autonomy, and full accountability for results.
  • What you'll own
  • Performance marketing across Meta, Google, Property Finder, Bayut, and LinkedIn — you set the strategy, manage the spend, and report on CAC and ROI weekly.
  • The content engine: agents producing video content, a founder's personal brand, and a company brand. You decide what gets made, who makes it, where it goes.
  • The lead funnel: from ad click to CRM to broker handoff. If a lead leaks, it's on you to find and fix it.
  • Recruitment marketing — we're scaling agent headcount aggressively, and the marketing function plays a direct role in attracting top brokers.
  • All marketing analytics: CPL, CAC, ROAS per channel, attribution by source, deal-to-source mapping. We make decisions on data, not opinions.
  • What success looks like at 6 months
  • CAC per qualified lead is down at least 30%.
  • We can attribute closed deals to specific marketing channels with confidence.
  • Content output is consistent, on-brand, and tied to lead generation (not just vanity views).
  • The founder's personal brand is growing measurably on at least two platforms.
  • Who you are
  • Minimum 2 Years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years owning a paid acquisition budget of AED 100k+/month.
  • You've worked in real estate, high-ticket sales, or a similarly performance-driven industry. Real estate experience is a strong plus.
  • You're hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and at least one CRM (HubSpot, Bitrix24, Salesforce, or similar).
  • You think in numbers: CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV. Not "engagement" and "reach" as the headline.
  • You've managed creators, editors, or media talent before — not just briefed an external agency.
  • You write well in English, communicate clearly, and don't need to be chased for updates.
  • Based in Dubai or ready to relocate immediately.
  • Bonus points
  • You've built a personal brand or grown someone else's on social.
  • You understand the Dubai real estate market — Property Finder, Bayut, DXB Interact, off-plan dynamics.
  • You've worked inside a brokerage or developer marketing team.
