Company Description
We are seeking a Consultant Neurologist for a full-time, on-site position in Doha, Qatar.
Role Description
The role includes diagnosing and managing neurological conditions, specializing in areas such as epilepsy and movement disorders. The Consultant Neurologist will also perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including electroencephalograms (EEG), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Furthermore, they will engage in patient education and contribute to ongoing medical training and research initiatives.
Qualifications
- Advanced expertise in Medicine and Neurology
- Specialized experience in managing Epilepsy and Movement Disorders
- Proficiency in performing and interpreting diagnostic tests, particularly EEG
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and collaborative work
- Relevant medical qualifications and board certification in Neurology
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with medical advancements
- Experience in an international healthcare setting is advantageous
