This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Doha, Qatar.
Role Description
The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, providing valuable information to patients about their prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The role will also include maintaining records, overseeing inventory, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and promoting health and wellness through patient education.
Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical knowledge, including expertise in medication dispensing, drug interactions, and prescription analysis
- Ability to counsel patients effectively, including providing information on proper medication use, side effects, and health guidelines
- Proficiency in inventory management, record-keeping, and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Licensed Pharmacist certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting is an advantage
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
