Overview
KEA Building Contracting LLC is hiring a **Construction Site Document Controller** for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all site-related documents and records
- Handle submissions, approvals, RFIs, material inspections, cube test reports, NOCs, and related project documentation
- Maintain proper filing, tracking, and document control systems
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding documentation
- Ensure all project documents are updated, organized, and easily accessible
- Maintain logs for incoming and outgoing documents and approvals
- Support the site team with timely documentation and reporting
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of UAE experience in **construction document control**
- Basic knowledge of construction documentation procedures is mandatory
- Must have knowledge of:
- RFIs
- NOCs
• Cube Test Reports
- Various authority and consultant approvals
- Proficient in MS Office and document management
- Punctual, well-organized, and responsible
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
- **Salary:** AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 (Based on experience)
