Construction Services Supervisor

PE license in MD, DC or VA

Ten (10) years of industry-related experience

Construction Manager (CCM) Certification

Experience supervising and mentoring staff

Experience with construction site quality control and quality assurance, claim reviews, and reviewing change orders

Experience with cost estimates and project scheduling

Experience preparing proposals and managing contracts

Salary Range: $115,000 to $145,000 annually – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set, or location.
