Overview
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This senior role manages all site-based teams, subcontractors, and resources across villa and building construction projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Manage and direct site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors to meet construction programme milestones.
- Coordinate with technical, design, QAQC, and survey teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor construction progress against baseline programme and implement corrective actions as required.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities.
- Manage material deliveries, plant, and equipment resources to prevent construction delays.
- Conduct regular site progress meetings with client representatives and consultant teams.
- Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and ITP compliance on site.
- Prepare and submit site progress reports to senior management.
