Urgent Hiring – Construction Manager (Marine Infrastructure Project)

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic
Construction Manager
for a major Marine Infrastructure Project in Iraq.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience managing large-scale marine and offshore construction projects, with strong technical expertise in piling and heavy infrastructure works.
This role requires a result-oriented professional with excellent leadership abilities, strong decision-making skills, and the capability to handle challenging project environments under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete site construction operations for marine infrastructure works
- Supervise offshore and marine construction activities including piling, tubular piling, structural, and foundation works
- Must have strong experience in tubular piling and other marine piling related projects
- Ensure project execution in line with approved schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Monitor project progress, manpower productivity, and equipment utilization
- Resolve technical, operational, and site-related challenges efficiently
- Prepare and review construction schedules, progress reports, and execution plans
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and project timelines
- Maintain strict compliance with company safety policies and international HSE standards
- Must have experience in handling high-risk marine projects and strong knowledge of marine construction challenges
- Drive project performance through strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum
- 15–20 years of experience
- in
high-value Marine Infrastructure Projects
- Proven experience in
Marine / Offshore Construction Projects
- Mandatory expertise in
Tubular Piling Projects
- Strong experience in Jetty, Port, Quay Wall, Breakwater, Offshore Platforms, or Marine Foundation Projects
- Ability to manage large multicultural teams and subcontractors
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Risk-taking attitude with the ability to make critical site decisions under pressure
- Excellent project execution and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in GCC / International marine projects will be an added advantage
- Must be ready for immediate relocation to Iraq
