We are seeking an experienced
Construction Manager
for a marine offshore piling project in Iraq.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading site operations, ensuring project execution within timelines, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all construction activities for marine offshore piling works
- Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities to ensure timely completion
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and marine operations
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and company policies
- Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when required
- Manage resources, equipment, and manpower efficiently
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, engineers, and consultants
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Ensure quality control and adherence to technical specifications
- Drive project completion within scheduled timelines
