Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Dubai.
The Construction Manager will oversee project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with safety standards, budgets, and timelines.
They will manage on-site teams, coordinate with subcontractors, monitor project progress, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high-quality construction standards.
Additionally, the Construction Manager will manage resources, plan schedules, and ensure projects align with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and lead teams effectively
- Expertise in Budgeting and financial management to ensure cost control and resource allocation
- Proficiency in Construction Safety to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Comprehensive knowledge in Construction and Project Control for effective execution and monitoring
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in construction management, particularly in fit-out or contracting projects, is a strong advantage
