Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Construction Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with opportunities for remote work.
The Construction Manager will supervise construction activities, manage project budgets, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and track project progress against timelines.
Responsibilities
include collaborating with various stakeholders, addressing project challenges, and ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and expertise in overseeing construction teams efficiently
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control to ensure financial objectives are met
- In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety to maintain a safe work environment
- Experience in Construction and Project Control to ensure successful project delivery
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in managing construction projects in the UAE is an advantage
