Construction Manager

We are looking to hire Construction Manager

The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and Abu Dhabi regulatory standards.

The role oversees site teams, subcontractors, and project execution from initiation to handover.

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.

Ensure project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.

Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and subcontractors.

Monitor construction progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations, ADM requirements, and HSE standards.

Review and approve method statements, work plans, and material submittals.

Control project resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on site.

Ensure quality control and proper implementation of QA/QC procedures.

Monitor project costs, variations, and budget performance.

Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.

Oversee site safety practices and ensure a safe working environment.

Support project handover, inspections, and close-out documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

10–15 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in the UAE.

Strong experience in building and civil construction projects.

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site management.

Familiarity with Abu Dhabi building codes and local authority regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, and project management tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
