Construction Manager – 5-Star Hotel Fit-Out (UAE Experience Required)

Project Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities during the **fit-out / finishing stage**.
• Control daily site operations, construction sequencing, manpower, and productivity.
• Coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors across architectural finishes, specialist trades, and MEP interfaces.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and **5-star hotel quality standards**.
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives.
• Enforce **HSE requirements** and UAE construction regulations.
• Identify construction risks and implement corrective actions to maintain progress.

• Minimum **10 years of construction experience**
• **At least one completed 5-star hotel project** as **Construction Manager**
• Strong experience in **interior fit-out / finishing works**
• **Previous Dubai / UAE project experience**
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors in a fast-track environment
