The Concierge Agent provides personalized guest services and acts as a key contact throughout guests’ stays.
The role provides information, recommendations, reservations, transportation arrangements, and tailored assistance.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide professional, personalized assistance; anticipate their needs and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, attractions, restaurants, shopping, cultural sites, events, and transportation.
- Arrange restaurant reservations, transport, airport transfers, tours, activities, entertainment, cultural experiences, and sporting events.
- Facilitate VIP requirements and special occasions; assist with courier services, ticketing, and travel arrangements.
- Build guest relationships, handle complaints and service recovery, and maintain confidentiality of guest information and preferences.
- Coordinate with hotel departments, external providers, vendors, and local partners to fulfill requests.
- Maintain accurate records, an organized concierge desk, and current brochures, maps, and local information.
- Monitor feedback, keep up with local events and transport schedules, and identify service improvements.
- Follow hotel policies, luxury brand standards, privacy, security, health, and safety requirements; support emergency and evacuation procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar customer-facing role within a luxury hotel.
- Previous luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing VIP and high-profile guest requests is an advantage.
Workplace
- The role is based at a hotel in Abu Dhabi and involves in-person guest service.
