Position Summary

Guest Services

• Arrange or identify providers for transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other guest requests.
• Respond to special requests and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.
• Contact appropriate colleagues or departments to resolve guest issues.
• Provide information about property amenities, nearby events, and activities.
• Review shift logs and daily memos and record pertinent information in logbooks.
• Monitor club lounge seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.

Standards and Teamwork

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions and complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Welcome guests, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests.
• Communicate professionally, prepare written documents accurately, and use appropriate telephone etiquette.
• Maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and meet quality assurance standards.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is specified.
