Respond to guest requests for arrangements or services and identify appropriate providers.
Share information about the property and nearby amenities, events, and activities.
Handle guest calls, messages, questions, requests, and concerns, coordinating with other departments as needed.
Guest and lounge services
- Arrange transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other requested services; follow up on special requests.
- Monitor club lounge seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
- Review shift logs and daily memo books and record pertinent information in logbooks.
Standards and teamwork
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
- Follow company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, and meet quality standards.
- Welcome guests, address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Support team goals, listen and respond to colleagues' concerns, and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications and physical requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required; no license or certification is required.
- The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or a full shift and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Work location and schedule
- Full-time role at Al Bateen Marina in Abu Dhabi; the position is not remote.
