The Concierge supports guest stays by anticipating needs and creating tailored experiences and lasting memories.
The role works closely with guests and surrounding teams to deliver attentive, personalized service.
Guest experience and coordination
- Provide detailed service options and create tailored guest itineraries.
- Arrange tours, transportation, and a wide variety of guest bookings.
- Handle guest correspondence before and after stays.
- Use knowledge of food and beverage, the hotel, and Dubai to enhance guest experiences.
About you
- Demonstrate a passion for service delivery and provide bespoke suggestions and services.
- Continuously enhance and share knowledge with the team to maintain current destination and service knowledge.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to converse in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German is advantageous.
Compensation and benefits
