Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Community Manager role located in Riyadh Region.
The Community Manager will be responsible for managing online communities, engaging with followers, creating content, monitoring social media channels, and implementing strategies to drive community growth.
Qualifications
- Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Community Engagement skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Respond to comments and messages
- Engage with followers and start conversations
- Moderate discussions (handle complaints or negative comments)
- Build loyalty and trust
