About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a Crypto Community Manager to grow and manage our Web3 community across Discord, Telegram, and social channels.
You will moderate discussions, answer user questions, share announcements, and support community activities (AMAs, campaigns, events).
Responsibilities
- Moderate Discord/Telegram chats (rules, spam, scams)
- Reply to community questions about the product, token, wallet, and campaigns
- Post updates and event reminders
- Support AMAs, quests, testnets, and ambassador activities
- Collect feedback and share insights with the team
- Minimum requirements:
- 6+ months of community or moderation experience
- Strong Discord and Telegram skills
- Basic crypto/Web3 knowledge (wallets, networks, airdrops)
- Hands-on experience with a crypto wallet
- English for an international community
- High attention to scam and spam prevention
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
