Establish community management operations and deliver an exceptional resident experience from the first handover.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Develop the community management operating model, service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Lead operational readiness and transition from project delivery to resident operations.
- Oversee shared facilities, amenities, access control, and community services.
- Manage resident relations, move-ins, communications, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate and monitor facilities management, security, and other service providers.
- Manage budgets, service levels, operational performance, and reporting.
- Build and lead the community management team as development progresses.
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and community management requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of community or property management experience; large residential or mixed-use GCC developments are preferred.
- Proven experience launching a community or transitioning from construction handover to operations.
- Strong experience managing outsourced facilities and security contracts.
- Luxury residential, waterfront, island, or resort development experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and budgeting skills.
- Familiarity with community management systems, CRM platforms, and digital reporting tools.
- CMCA, M-100, or similar professional certification is an advantage.
