Communications & PR Trainee

Role overview

Press office and influencer support

• Assist with daily press and influencer requests and coordination.
• Prepare press materials, maintain media kits, and provide markets with coverage tools such as guidelines, videos, photographs, collateral, press gifts, and Q&As.
• Create live media links for press-content send-outs and follow up with press on kit receipt and deliveries.
• Help with product send-outs and PR seeding; maintain press and influencer lists.
• Work with PR Executives on influencer seeding plans and timely product dispatch.
• Organize PR stock and forecast product availability for send-outs.

Reporting, events, and administration

• Monitor media coverage, compile press clippings, and contribute to PR reports.
• Track regional share-of-voice rankings, prepare monthly consolidated reports, and assist with recommendations based on findings.
• Support press events, influencer activations, and brand experiences.
• Manage follow-ups and PR asset inventory, and coordinate logistics.
• Place weekly internal requests and assist with supplier creation and purchase orders.

Candidate profile

• Passion for luxury beauty and a strong interest in influencer engagement, PR, and media relations.
• Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and a proactive, positive team approach.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a communications, marketing, or related program.
