Digital Learning Trainer

Position purpose

Platform and learning operations

• Manage and maintain My Dior and SkillsUp platforms.
• Upload and update learning content; monitor completion.
• Identify platform issues and coordinate resolution.
• Track completion, participation, engagement, and learning hours.
• Prepare weekly and monthly learning reports and dashboards; use Excel to identify trends and gaps.

Content and team support

• Create learning materials and communications using Canva and develop short videos and tutorials using CapCut.
• Transform training materials into engaging digital learning experiences that meet Dior's luxury and professional standards.
• Support digital learning initiatives and training projects; assist trainers and employees with digital tools and platforms.
• Drive employee engagement and adoption of digital learning; stay current on trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with trainers, Store Managers, Beauty Consultants, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital learning, L&D, training, or a related field.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills; advanced Canva skills.
• CapCut is a plus.
• Strong interest in digital learning, technology, and creative content.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills; creative, proactive, and digitally minded.
• Luxury and beauty experience is an advantage.
