Stock Keeper

Position purpose

Stock management and control

• Receive and verify deliveries; report discrepancies or damage and organize stock using FIFO.
• Monitor stock levels, flag replenishment needs, process damaged or end-of-line returns, and verify prices and labels.
• Coordinate inter-boutique transfers and support urgent home delivery orders when needed.
• Monitor expiration dates, testers, gifts with purchase, and samples; maintain delivery claims and stock trackers.
• Conduct cycle counts and support annual counts; investigate discrepancies, negative stock, and suspected theft.
• Segregate used testers for warehouse return.

POSM and operations

• Maintain POSM and merchandise trackers and manage related movement and storage.
• Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and secure; follow procedures and internal controls.
• Work with boutique, warehouse, logistics, and other teams; support events, counts, and urgent business needs.

Profile

• Experience in stock management, inventory, logistics, or retail operations.
• Luxury and beauty experience is an advantage.
• Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
