Role overview

Visual merchandising

• Oversee procurement, management, and distribution of merchandising assets, including visuals, POSM, movies, and content creation materials.
• Maintain up-to-date information for points of sale in the regional visual merchandising database.
• Collect and update flagship and core-door photos monthly and after each campaign implementation.
• Support retail guidelines and implementation according to the annual marketing calendar.

Training support

• Support the creation, validation, and distribution of training materials and events in line with brand guidelines.
• Communicate with participants, assist with training sessions, and coordinate afterwork activities.

Profile

• University or business school degree.
• Strong communication skills for working with multiple stakeholders.
• English speaking is mandatory.
• Excel skills.
• Able to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, meticulous, proactive, resourceful, organized, and attentive to detail.
