Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Communications Manager role based in Abu Dhabi for ROYAL EAGLE OIL FIELD EQUIPMENT AND TRADING.
The Communications Manager will plan and execute internal and external communication initiatives that support the company’s brand, business goals, and stakeholder relationships.
Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and editing announcements, press releases, emails, and presentations, as well as coordinating with leadership and operational teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
The role also involves managing social media channels and the company website content, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining media and partner contact lists.
The Communications Manager will monitor communication performance, prepare basic reports, and help ensure all materials align with company standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different internal and external audiences.
- Experience creating and editing professional content, such as announcements, presentations, website copy, social media posts, and press materials.
- Ability to plan and coordinate communication activities, including timelines, approvals, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital channels and tools (e.g., social media platforms, basic website content management, email communication tools).
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a part-time setting and meet deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, including reviewing materials for clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Previous experience in communications, public relations, or marketing; experience in the oil and gas or industrial sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborating with diverse colleagues and stakeholders in a professional, inclusive manner.
