Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Commis (Pastry & Bakery) to join our expanding team in Dubai at Epicure Studio!
- Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting our chefs in a variety of pastry & bakery duties while maintaining the kitchen areas, products, equipment and utensils in an orderly, professional condition.
- Candidates should have prior experience working with pastry & bakery in a kitchen environment, have the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment, and have a keen eye to detail.

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastry mise en place of the daily operations, events, demos etc. ensuring high standards of taste, texture and visual appe
- alWork closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to maintain consistency and quality in all dessert offerings and preparatio
- nsLearn and master techniques for pastry preparation, including slicing cakes, plating, and garnishing, under the guidance of experienced che
- fsEnsure cleanliness and organization of the Pastry & Bakery area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all tim
