About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Dubai.

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team with day-to-day order processing, quotations, and follow-up on customer requests to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

The role includes maintaining up-to-date customer records, preparing sales reports, tracking promotions, and coordinating with internal departments such as logistics, purchasing, and finance to resolve issues.

The Sales Coordinator will assist with pricing updates, product listings, and samples, while monitoring stock availability and communicating changes to the sales team and customers.

The position also involves handling routine customer inquiries, escalating complex issues when necessary, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • To follow up with the pending orders/standing orders.
  • Support the sales team with relevant and accurate reports on a daily basis or as prescribed by the line manager.
  • Sending quotation to customers in absence of salesman with advice from the respective salesperson as and when required.
  • Follow up with short deliveries.
  • Follow up with out-of-stock issues and to coordinate with the concerned salesperson.
  • To inform customers regarding the next delivery or with an alternative product or any promotional offers as per advice from the salesperson.
  • To organize sales meetings as and when required.
  • To comply with the HACCP & ISO procedures at all times.
  • To attend meetings or training courses as required.
  • Assist and prepare documents needed for export transactions.
  • Complete other appropriate duties as requested by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • College / University diploma or at least 3-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills

  • Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Can work under pressure and ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Good organization and secretarial capabilities.
  • Excellent telephone & interpersonal skills.
  • Possess willingness to step outside the job description, as and when necessary.
  • Familiar with all general office equipment and machineries.
