Chef Middle East
is looking for the
***Receptionist - UAE National***
who is a detail-oriented team player and will
be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken
manner.
They will also be providing coordination and administrative support with events held at
Epicure Studio.
He/ She will also be assigned duties as required.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring Reception desk is always manned
- Answering and directing phone calls and acting as first point of contact for visitors
- Coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day management of the office to include
- maintenance, and cleanliness
- Responsible for monitoring office provision supply and creating LPOs
- Attending to customer, vendor and supplier phone calls in a timely manner
- Assisting with any Engagement Committee activities
- Receiving invoices & documents, and maintaining a log of items received, as well as
- ensuring that these are handed over to the respective recipient at the end of the day
- Arranging couriers as required
- Forwarding info@chefmiddleeast.com emails to respective departments
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all stationery requests by department
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
