Position: **Cook And Commis (International Cuisine)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie with daily mise en place: vegetable prep, sauces, stocks, portioning, and station setup across French, Italian, Arabic, and Indian sections.
• Assist during service with prep tasks and plating, maintaining speed and accuracy throughout busy periods.
• Follow all recipes, portion weights, and quality standards exactly; report any ingredient shortfalls or equipment issues immediately.
• Keep your workstation clean and organised before, during, and after service; apply FIFO stock rotation at all times.
• Comply with personal hygiene standards, HACCP protocols, GCC food-safety regulations, and halal handling requirements.
• Work flexibly across stations as directed and contribute positively to a multicultural team.

Requirements

• Culinary diploma or certificate preferred; recent graduates welcome.
• 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred, or strong culinary school training with a passion for multi-cuisine cooking.
• Eager to learn, physically fit for a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working within a diverse brigade.
• Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼2,300.00 per month
