Grandland specializes in architectural decoration, curtain walls, intelligent systems, mechanical and electrical installation, and fire protection engineering design and construction. With multiple national and international landmark projects delivered, the Group is expanding its Dubai decoration and curtain wall project team to support onsite project execution and pre-construction coordination.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for end-to-end tendering and commercial support for decoration and curtain wall projects in Dubai. The position plays a key role in cost estimation, bid preparation, and coordination with clients and stakeholders throughout the tendering process. This role focuses on on‑site commercial support, while post‑award commercial administration will be handled by designated specialized entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently review, analyze, and interpret tender documents for Dubai decoration and curtain wall projects, ensuring full compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates, pricing breakdowns, and preliminary cost control analysis.
• Handle the end‑to‑end tendering process, including tender clarifications, bid submissions, and coordination with clients, consultants, and tendering authorities.
• Operate local tendering systems and pricing tools commonly used in Dubai construction projects.
• Compile and manage tender documentation, establish tender logs, and track tender outcomes.
• Support early‑stage project handover and coordination once tenders are awarded.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Chinese (spoken and written); able to read and interpret English tender documents independently.
• Proven experience in engineering or construction tendering, particularly within Dubai or Middle East markets.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction tendering procedures, cost structures, and commercial norms.
• Highly detail‑oriented, self‑driven, and capable of managing the tendering process independently.
• Hague Apostille certification is a strong plus.
