Position Summary

The Commercial Sponsorship & Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of commercial sponsorship and sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth across media platforms and related commercial offerings.

This role is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative sponsorship solutions that support business objectives and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial sponsorship and sales strategies aligned with revenue and business objectives.
  • Identify and unlock new revenue streams and white space opportunities across existing and emerging markets.
  • Build and manage a healthy commercial pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure sponsorship agreements and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage end-to-end sponsorship and sales activities.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor commercial performance and prepare reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, Communications, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in commercial sales, sponsorship, business development, or revenue generation.
  • Media industry experience is required.
  • Proven track record of commercial growth and strategic partnership management.
  • Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.

Language Requirements

  • Arabic is required.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
