Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects
- Experience in roadworks, drainage, utilities, paving, and kerbstone works
- Ability to supervise site activities, manpower, and equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Good knowledge of HSE and quality standards
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
