We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team at Bayan Medical Company.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the sales of our Neurosurgery Equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate activities focused on promoting and selling medical equipment.
- Recommends changes to current sales techniques to improve sales performance and drive better results.
- Provide expert knowledge and technical support.
- Implements sales program aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Develop, implement, and monitor of annual sales forecast to ensure alignment with the business goals.
- Sell a full product line of offerings, maintain accurate customer information and handle other related customer support requirements.
- Delivers exceptional and professional customer service to both new and existing customers.
- Identifies and targets potential customers, generating leads for sales equipment.
Skills
- Sales planning, forecasting and budgeting Experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Managing Processes.
- Negotiation & analytical skills.
- Market knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- At least 2 - 5 years of in sales role handling sales of medical equipment
