Role Overview

Experience

Clinical Leadership

• Lead, develop, and manage the nursing team across all clinical programs
• Set and maintain nursing standards consistent with international best practices and UAE DHA/MOH requirements
• Act as the clinical authority on nursing practice and patient safety protocols
• Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and an exceptional client experience aligned with the Center's premium positioning

Operations & Administration

• Manage day-to-day nursing operations including shift planning, staffing levels, and resource allocation
• Develop and maintain nursing policies, SOPs, and clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards
• Oversee inventory and equipment management for the nursing department
• Contribute to department budgeting and cost-effective resource planning

Team Development

• Recruit, onboard, and continuously develop nursing staff in line with the Center's clinical and service standards
• Deliver and coordinate ongoing clinical training, competency assessments, and professional development programs
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture consistent with a premium healthcare environment

Quality & Compliance

• Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, implementing quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure full compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and international accreditation standards
• Maintain accurate clinical records and support audit readiness at all times
• Serve as the primary liaison between nursing staff and medical leadership on matters of patient safety and care quality

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior clinical leadership or nursing management role
• Active DHA license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the UAE
• Background in a premium, private, or specialty healthcare environment strongly preferred — longevity, wellness, or executive health experience is a significant advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical knowledge across a broad range of nursing specialties and preventive health modalities
• Proven ability to lead and manage nursing teams in fast-paced, high-expectation clinical environments
• High standard of communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage effectively with both clinical staff and discerning, health-conscious clients
• Familiarity with healthcare management systems and digital clinical tools
• Fluency in English required
