About This Role

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
  • Generate leads and secure new clients to increase company revenue.
  • Develop and implement commercial sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for key accounts.
  • Handle client negotiations and commercial discussions professionally.

Commercial & Contract Management

  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Achieve annual sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare commercial reports for management.
  • Develop revenue growth plans and strategic expansion initiatives.

Coordination & Internal Support

  • Coordinate with operations teams regarding manpower requirements and service delivery.
  • Work closely with HR, finance, and operations departments to support client needs.
  • Support management in strategic business decisions and expansion plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent client relationship management abilities.
