About This Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Sales Specialist (Warehouse) to join our Commercial & Industrial Property Division as part of our continued business expansion and portfolio growth. The role focuses on driving the sale of warehouse and industrial properties, engaging with investors and end-users, and delivering strategic property solutions across the commercial real estate market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and manage potential buyers for warehouse and industrial properties, including investors and end-users.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to market vacant and income-generating warehouse assets.
  • Coordinate with property owners, legal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client negotiations to achieve successful deal closures.
  • Provide market insights, pricing recommendations, and advisory support based on current industrial real estate trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, transactions, and client communications while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial or industrial property sales within the Commercial Real Estate industry.
  • Proven track record in selling or leasing warehouse, industrial, or commercial properties.
  • Strong understanding of property valuation, market analysis, and investment sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Existing network of investors, corporate clients, or industrial property buyers is an advantage.
