The Role

We are seeking a results-oriented

Commercial Sales Representative

.

This is a high-activity role designed for a professional who values flexibility and is driven by performance.

You will report directly to the CEO, ensuring a zero-bureaucracy environment and an immediate decision-making chain.

We do not track hours; we track closed deals and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Elite Networking:**
  • Leverage your existing database of decision-makers (Owners, Farm Managers, CEOs) to secure high-level meetings.
  • **Field Work:**
  • Conduct daily visits to farms and corporate offices to present Bionium’s unmatched technical advantages and conduct product demonstrations.
  • **Commercial Negotiations:**
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and ensuring payment.
  • **Relationship Management:**
  • Maintain professional communication and ensure long-term loyalty from priority partners.
  • **Direct Coordination:**
  • Collect requirements and report directly to the CEO for immediate execution of orders.

Mandatory Requirements

  • **Industry Experience:**
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in selling fertilizers within the UAE.
  • **Existing Network:**
  • A solid, pre-existing database of high-level contacts in the UAE agricultural sector is

  • **Language Skills:**
  • English: Flawless professional level.
  • Hindi / Urdu: Proficiency is required (for communication with industry management).
  • Arabic: A significant advantage.
  • **Mobility:**
  • Valid UAE Driving License and a personal vehicle.

  • High level of self-discipline, "hunter" mentality, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
