Commercial Operations Analyst
- الوصف الوظيفي:
- تبحث الشركة عن محلل العمليات التجارية يتمتع بخبرة في تحليل أداء العمليات التجارية والبيانات التشغيلية، بهدف تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتعزيز الإيرادات ودعم اتخاذ القرار الاستراتيجي من خلال تقارير دقيقة وتحليلات متقدمة.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تحليل البيانات التشغيلية والتجارية لتحديد فرص التحسين وزيادة الكفاءة.
- إعداد تقارير الأداء التجاري (KPIs) بشكل دوري للإدارة العليا.
- مراقبة أداء المبيعات والإيرادات والعمليات التشغيلية.
- دعم الفرق التجارية في اتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات.
- تطوير نماذج وتقارير تحليلية باستخدام أدوات التحليل المختلفة.
- تحديد المخاطر التشغيلية والتجارية واقتراح حلول مناسبة.
- التعاون مع أقسام المبيعات والمالية والعمليات لتحسين الأداء العام.
- متابعة اتجاهات السوق والمنافسين وتقديم رؤى تحليلية.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو الاقتصاد أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة في تحليل البيانات أو العمليات التجارية.
- مهارات تحليل قوية وقدرة على تفسير البيانات المعقدة.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel وPower BI أو أدوات تحليل البيانات الأخرى.
- معرفة جيدة بمؤشرات الأداء (KPIs).
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة مهام متعددة.
- الراتب المدفوع: AED١٦٬٥٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر
