Commercial Operations Execution Manager
to join a multinational medical devices company in Dubai.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of commercial activities across markets, partners, and internal functions.
This role acts as a central coordination point between departments, driving operational excellence, contract compliance, and stakeholder alignment while maintaining a strong focus on process efficiency and business outcomes.
Contract Management
- Manage and track the full lifecycle of contracts, including maintenance, amendments, and improvement suggestions.
- Maintain a centralized contract database to monitor key milestones, expiration dates, and renewal requirements.
- Set up and manage alerts for critical timelines such as renewals and expirations.
- Conduct regular audits of active contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms, service levels, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise closely with Legal, QARA, and PV teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Lead the distributor screening process.
- Draft and update Letters of Authorization for participation in tenders.
- Ensure proper version control and maintain a clear audit trail for all contract documentation.
- Support contract negotiations by providing data-driven insights and benchmarking analysis.
Commercial Operations
- Act as a bridge between departments and stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and strong working relationships.
- Drive execution of commercial operations activities across multiple markets and partners.
- Lead cross-functional communication to streamline processes and ensure alignment.
- Manage CAPEX and swap pool operations.
- Monitor deliveries and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalation when needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in systems (e.g., CLM and internal tools).
Distributor & Partner Management
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with distributors and partners.
- Implement and maintain governance frameworks, including RACI models, processes, and tracking tools.
- Manage communication with partners regarding stock statements and regulatory transitions (e.g., Medical Device Directive to Medical Device Regulation).
Business Review Support
- Support business reviews by preparing presentations, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-through.
- Participate in distributor business reviews and ensure smooth execution of the process.
- Maintain action logs from business reviews, tracking ownership, accountability, and closure timelines.
- Facilitate and support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Contract Management, Operations, Tender Management, or Project Management.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in medical devices, is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders; regional experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Brandsync (for UAE) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and adapt communication to different audiences.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proactive mindset with openness to change and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Fluency in English is required. Arabic, French, or additional languages are considered a plus.
