The Senior Manager – Commercial Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence across the full commercial lifecycle, including pipeline governance, forecasting, deal approvals, contracting, and revenue realization. This role ensures commercial discipline, operational efficiency, and compliance while enabling scalable and predictable revenue growth across the region.
The role acts as a strategic partner to commercial leadership and as an operational control point ensuring accuracy, accountability, and efficiency in all commercial activities.

What you will be doing

Support the Regional Managing Director with execution of regional commercial strategy and revenue growth plans.

Translate strategic priorities into operational frameworks, KPIs, and execution plans.

Partner with Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure disciplined commercial execution.

Own pipeline governance and ensure accuracy and integrity of CRM data.

Support Regional MD and Commercial Leadership with driving forecasting discipline and accountability across commercial teams.

Support pricing governance, deal structuring, and commercial approvals.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.

Support complex deal structuring and contract execution.

Work closely with Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth deal support to commercial teams.

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks impacting deal closure and revenue realization.

Provide Regional Managing Director and commercial leadership with actionable insights to improve commercial performance and efficiency.
What we are looking for from you
- Experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
- Experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, or enterprise solutions preferred
- Experience supporting regional commercial teams and enterprise or government clients preferred
- Strong experience working with CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Tableau, etc)
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
Desirable
- MBA qualification in business related field
The candidate must have the right to work in KSA or UAE.
