Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial product servicing and coordinate customer issue resolution.
• Conduct customer service, loan and regulatory diligence, and comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and upload data into systems of record.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, Operations, and other teams to meet customer needs.
• Review and negotiate basic servicing transactions, assess and mitigate risks, and identify procedural changes.
• Act as an escalation point for client issues and provide peer guidance and training.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers, recommend resolutions, and exercise independent judgment while building functional expertise.

Required qualification

• At least 2 years of commercial loan servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Desired qualifications

• End-to-end knowledge of commercial loans, including servicing, origination, and maintenance, is desired.
• Good working knowledge of Loan IQ is desired.
• Independent project leadership and rapport-building with onshore managers and support teams are desired.
• Working knowledge of AI or Power Apps is a value add.

• The posting describes this as a live US role with a non-rotational night shift from India, 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
