This is a full-time, on-site Steward role based in Dubai.
The Steward will support daily food and beverage operations by setting up dining areas, arranging tableware, and ensuring all service stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Responsibilities
include assisting in food service, clearing and resetting tables, maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards in service and pantry areas, and promptly responding to guest requests.
The role involves collaborating closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and courteous service at all times.
The Steward is expected to follow safety and cleanliness protocols, support basic inventory checks for service items, and participate in required trainings and briefings.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Practical experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training related to hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices in a hospitality or cafeteria environment.
- Prior experience in a stewarding, catering, or hospitality support role is preferred.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting or carrying of service equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B vocational training is an advantage.
- Professional, respectful, and team-oriented attitude in a diverse, multicultural environment.
