Role Overview

Lead and scale Brand Aid's commercial function in the Kingdom.

The Commercial Director is a hunter and a builder — responsible for proactively generating new leads, developing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performance sales team.

This role owns the full commercial strategy for KSA including pipeline management, business development, and P&L accountability, reporting directly to the Group CCO.

Proactive Lead Generation

Hunt for new clients and business opportunities across KSA

Business Development

Build and grow a strong, structured new-client pipeline

Client Relationship Management

Own and deepen relationships with existing key accounts

Commercial Strategy

Develop and execute the full KSA sales strategy

Team Leadership & Training

Build, mentor and train the sales team on best practices

Revenue & P&L

Own targets, forecasting, upselling and budget accountability

Proactive Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new target clients
  • Research market trends to spot emerging opportunities and verticals
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions and forums to generate leads
  • Convert prospects into long-term commercial relationships

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships based on trust and results
  • Lead client strategy meetings, presentations and reviews
  • Maximize upselling and cross-selling across existing accounts
  • Ensure high client retention and satisfaction at all times

Commercial Strategy & Pipeline Management

  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual KSA sales plans
  • Own and maintain the full sales pipeline — new and existing clients
  • Ensure consistent follow-up on all active leads and prospects
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing
  • Report pipeline status and forecasts directly to Group CCO

Team Leadership & Sales Training

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop the KSA sales team
  • Train the team on proper sales process, pitch and follow-up
  • Set individual KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Coach team on lead generation, BD techniques and upselling
  • Foster a proactive, high-performance sales culture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 8–12 years in sales, min. 4 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record in KSA / GCC market
  • Background in marketing, media, or advertising agency
  • Demonstrated success in proactive lead generation & BD
  • Strong Arabic & English communication skills
