Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cluster Sales Manager role based in Dubai.

The Cluster Sales Manager will oversee sales performance across multiple markets or client clusters, driving revenue growth and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

Daily responsibilities include managing and expanding a portfolio of B2B Clients , identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

The role involves collaborating closely with Operations and project teams to develop tailored proposals, pitches, and pricing strategies that align with client objectives.

A core part of the role is building sales capability across the cluster: coaching and training account managers and sales staff, standardizing the pitch and sales approach across markets, and mentoring the team to lift win rates and consistency.

The Cluster Sales Manager will monitor market trends and competitor activity, maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts, and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.

The position also includes negotiating contracts, getting new B2B leads in Events , Exhibition supporting smooth handover to delivery teams, and representing Brand Aid at client meetings, presentations, and industry events. and full P&L responsibility for the cluster

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within experiential marketing, events, advertising, or related industries.
  • Strong account management and client relationship skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
  • Solid understanding of sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and translate brand objectives into commercial proposals.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with the MENA market and experience working in Dubai or the region is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) to manage accounts, reports, and presentations.
