Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Team Lead role based in Dubai.
The Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of sales professionals, set performance goals, and provide coaching to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities
include developing and implementing sales strategies, tracking pipeline and conversion metrics, and preparing regular performance reports.
The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with campaign and project delivery.
The Sales Team Lead will also handle key client presentations, support contract negotiations, and ensure a high standard of customer service and brand representation in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B or agency environment.
- Proven Team Management experience leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast performance, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Experience in experiential marketing, events, or related industries is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (or similar) for reporting and account management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
